The Throat Chakra governs our communication and self-expression. It’s the center of our ability to speak with authenticity, listen with compassion, and express our creativity. Join us for an evening dedicated to opening and empowering our voices.

Bring something that reflects your journey of communication and self-expression. Whether it’s spoken word, a song, or any form of creative expression, we welcome you to share. We will have a keyboard and guitar available for performance use.

What is our Sonic Chakra Series?

Our Sonic Chakra Series is a set of events designed to build community while exploring the mind-body connection through each of the seven Chakras:

• Solar Plexus Singing Workshop - Jan 4th
• Heart Chakra Community Jam - Feb 1st
• Throat Chakra Open Mic - Mar 1st
• Third Eye Sober Rave - Apr 5th
• Crown Chakra Community Celebration - May 3rd
