When this chakra is blocked or imbalanced, we may struggle to speak our truth, hold back our emotions, or feel unseen and unheard. On a deeper level, we may carry past life wounds, ancestral silencing, or shame around our voice.
This 2-hour class is a sacred container to clear those energetic cords, release fears around self-expression, and reclaim the power of your voice. Through guided energy work, sound healing, intentional breath, and vocal expression, you’ll reconnect to your most authentic voice—internally and externally.
We will explore how unspoken emotions get stored in the throat, how to work with the element of ether for spiritual expression, and how to release energetic restrictions that may be preventing you from expressing your needs, truths, or creativity. Expect a blend of Reiki, vocal toning, movement, and ceremonial release work.
