Through yoga, self-discovery, education, ritual, live music, celebration and dance, we will bring full nourishment to the current phase of our mind, body and spirit. In order to show up to the world as the highest form of ourselves, we need to provide deep attention to our own nurturing during menstruation, perimenopause and menopause. Come explore a variety of practices that will rejuvenate all aspects of yourself!
Escape for this fall weekend wellness retreat just outside Austin at the enchanted Lotus Ranch in Wimberley, Texas! Enjoy time to yourself or with a friend by taking in the spectacular autumn views from this very peaceful ranch. Led by Kim Goyette, international yoga teacher, spiritual enthusiast, author and lover of life, The Women’s Weekend Wellness Retreat will be filled with daily yoga, meditation, wellness programs, self-discovery through guided exercises, cacao ceremony and an evening celebration and drum circle. Through her shamanic training, Kim will share healing practices that will assist you on your journey of self-discovery and growth.
Our guest presenter, Tenesha Ward is a Holistic Functional Medicine Doctor, published author, public speaker, wife and mother while she runs her business healing women and men all over the world. Dr. Wards’ work is based on a fundamental principle that promoting health and wellness has no boundary. Her holistic approach to wellness means she specializes in finding and correcting the core root cause of conditions like chronic fatigue, chronic pain, and fibromyalgia. She will provide incredible tools to support women at every phase with her special presentation “Maximizing Brain Function and Energy in Every Stage of Life through Balancing Hormones”.
