Most women spend years in the perimenopausal window before anyone connects the dots. The broken sleep, the skin changes, the brain fog that won't lift. A GP appointment gives you fifteen minutes. We give you an hour, and we come at it from a different angle.
At Enhance, we've always treated holistically. We understand how hormones affect the skin you're in - collagen loss, sensitivity, texture changes, and hydration all shift during this stage, and those changes are connected to what's happening internally. Adding Women's Hormonal Health to our clinic means we can now look at skin health and hormonal health together, in one place, with a team that understands both.
This free morning session is your chance to understand what's actually happening in your body, what your options are, and what personalised care looks like.
What we'll cover:
- Defining perimenopause and menopause, and why the experience varies so widely
- How hormonal shifts affect your skin, energy, sleep, mood, and libido
- Why brain fog, dryness, and sensitivity during this stage are connected, not coincidental
- Treatment and care options, and how we tailor these to the individual
- What a consultation at Enhance looks like, and how it differs from a standard GP appointment
The session is led by RN Meg, our Women's Wellness nurse, alongside our clinical team. Meg brings 32 years of nursing experience to her women's hormonal health consultations, working closely with our doctors to support women with education, personalised care, and treatment options that consider the full picture. That depth of experience changes the quality of the conversation.
