Thriving Family Life: Growing Together is a welcoming group for parents, carers, grandparents and anyone with a caring role. Whatever shape your family takes, and whatever age the children in your life may be, you'll be welcome here.
Led by Sarah from Happy You, each session combines supportive discussion, shared learning and practical tools that can be applied in everyday family life.
Together we'll explore topics such as:
✅ Stress management and resilience
✅ Wellbeing and healthy habits
✅ Sleep and routines
✅ Confidence and self-care
✅ Family relationships and communication
✅ The everyday challenges of caring for and supporting others
This isn't a group where anyone is expected to have the answers. Instead, it's a space to learn from each other, share experiences and discover what works in real life.
We particularly welcome the opportunity for learning across generations. Whether you're navigating life with a newborn, supporting school-age children, parenting teenagers, helping with grandchildren or caring for family members in another capacity, everyone brings valuable experience and perspectives to share.
The Community Centre also has baby weighing scales available, making it easy for parents of younger children to attend while still accessing support and connection.
Each session offers practical ideas, fresh inspiration and the reassurance that you don't have to figure everything out alone.
