Our program goes beyond the basics of yoga teacher training, but also amerces in yoga therapy, life coaching, vibrational therapy, working with injuries, seniors, kids, and so much more. Learn yoga beyond the postures, led by Thrive studio owner Erin Colleen Geraghty E-RYT-500, and Angela Simone E-RYT-500. Asana Instruction, Yogic Philosophy, Mantra Chanting, Reiki Level I Certification, Chair Yoga, Kids Yoga, Vibrational Healing, Yoga Therapy, Life Coaching, Yogic Lifestyle, Pranayama, Ayurvedic Studies, Practical Anatomy & Physiology, Experiential Anatomy & Physiology, Yoga Therapeutics & Alignment Correction, Ethics of a Teacher, Making Your Business Work, Teaching Styles, Asana Techniques in addition to attending a minimum of 20 hours of yoga classes, and teach 5 donation based classes.
