Thrive With Me Thursdays is a gentle slow flow yoga experience rooted in the teachings and philosophy of Sampoorna Yoga: a mindful approach to movement that honors breath, awareness, nervous system regulation, and deep inner connection.
Led by Dr. Britnie Winter, this class is intentionally slower-paced and accessible, allowing students to move with presence rather than pressure. Each class is designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm the mind, release stress, and cultivate greater balance within yourself.
This is not a fast-paced power yoga class. This is a grounding, nourishing practice focused on mindful movement, breath awareness, gentle strength, flexibility, and energetic alignment.
Classes may include:
- Gentle slow-flow sequences
- Breathwork (pranayama)
- Nervous system support
- Grounding practices
- Flexibility and mobility work
- Guided relaxation
- Meditation or mindfulness

- Savasana and deep rest
