Through a mix of guided conversation, gentle somatic or self-care practices, and connection-building activities, we’ll explore what it means to thrive—emotionally, spiritually, and energetically—using powerful mind-body tools like breathwork, EFT (tapping), somatic healing, reflection, and group connection.
Each gathering includes:
• A grounding ritual to settle your nervous system and shift into presence
• A monthly theme (like Reclaiming Joy, The Power of Saying No, or The Art of Starting Fresh)
• Somatic practices to move energy and emotions
• Heart-centered sharing in a safe, supportive circle
• Mini rituals, journaling, or guided meditations to deepen your self-awareness
