THRIVE: Student Wellness Expo + Marketplace

THRIVE is a daytime wellness expo and resource marketplace designed to support Black LGBTQIA+ students and young adults through access, education, and community connection.

As part of The Ruby Gayla Weekend, THRIVE centers wellness as advocacy — bringing together health resources, movement, education, and joy in one accessible space. Programming is aligned with National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day and prioritizes mental health, sexual wellness, and community care.

What to Expect:

• Wellness and resource tabling
• Interactive workshops and sessions
• Movement-based activities (including Zumba)
• Student- and youth-centered spaces
• Community partners and service connections
• Light refreshments
