Welcome to the Thrive at Work Summit
The Thrive at Work Summit brings together people working across Queensland’s housing, homelessness and community services sectors who are committed to improving workplace wellbeing, strengthening organisational culture and better supporting our communities.
Following the success of our inaugural Summit, Thrive at Work returns in 2027 as an expanded two day experience, offering even more opportunities for learning, inspiration and genuine connection that continues long after you leave the Summit.
2027 Theme: Connection
This year, Thrive at Work will explore the connections that help people and organisations thrive: connection to self, connection within teams, connection to purpose and connection across our sector.
Across the two days, you can look forward to:
- Keynote speakers sharing fresh thinking and real world insights
- Interactive workshops with practical tools you can implement immediately
- Innovative ideas and the latest thinking in workplace wellbeing, organisational culture and sustainable performance
- Meaningful opportunities to connect, collaborate and learn from others across the sector
- Full catering across the Summit

Thrive At Work Summit 2027
Date: Tuesday 11th May 8:30am - Wednesday 12th May 12:30pm
Day one will feature a full day of inspiring speakers, practical sessions and opportunities to connect. Day two will deliver another valuable and inspiring morning, concluding at 12.30 pm to give regional attendees time to travel home.
