Looking to stay active, feel great, and connect with others? Join us on the front lawn of the Southfield Municipal Campus for Thrive & Shine, a fun and energizing fitness demo day designed just for active older adults!
You’ll get the chance to try a mix of Yoga, Fusion Dance, Zumba, Tai Chi, and Chair Exercise—perfect for all fitness levels! (Note: not all activities will happen on the same day, so be sure to check the schedule to see what’s offered on your date.)
💵 $5 for residents | $6.50 for non-residents
