Join us for the THRIVE 2026 WALK on Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, Connecticut.
This free community event is for people with diabetes and their family members who want to come together in a welcoming, supportive, and upbeat setting. It is a chance to get moving, connect with others, and be part of a positive health-focused experience.
The event is open to people with diabetes from West Hartford and surrounding communities. Family members and friends are welcome to attend as well.
