Hello Heritage runs from 1 September for the month, and you will see boards around the village to record some of our history. This includes a new board on the front of St Andrew's which commemorates those who lost their lives in the Whitwick Pit Disaster. There are graves in the churchyard, one not far from the board to be honest, of men who were killed in that incident. Please take time to read our boards, and support our display and exhibition on 20 September from 1pm-5.30pm at Charles Booth Centre.
