Chronic a dark medical-themed burlesque & variety show produced by disabled artists, and featuring disabled performers!
This isn't a show about making our disabilities into a spectacle. This show is about reclaiming the imagery of what many of us and others, spend our lives surrounded by. As well as celebrating the joy that exists in our lives despite our disabilities.
Whether you live with chronic illness yourself or simply appreciate our dark and dangerous show, prepare yourself for an evening of camp, empowerment, sex-appeal, satire, and sheer survival turned visual art. At Chronic, we will blur the line between clinical and carnal, for something a little cute, a little creepy and a little cathartic.
