Thrill-O-Ween

Thrill-O-Ween is here! Kickoff the fall season with a spooktacular experience designed for you to enjoy an afternoon of safe Halloween fun. Thrive City will be filled with themed activities for all ages including a special screening of The Nightmare Before Christmas. Stay alert because you never know who or what may pop out! Don’t forget, best dressed wins the costume contest!

Space is limited to first-come, first-served.

Prohibited Items & Activities at Thrive City:

• No weapons of any kind
• No alcohol brought onto the plaza
• All pets* on a leash
• No coolers
• No lawn chairs
• Face coverings are not permitted (medical, surgical, and other safety related masks are permitted inside). Limited face paint will be accepted.
• No panhandling, solicitation, or loitering
• No smoking of any kind
• No amplified sound
• No drones
• No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades or scooters (bicycles can be locked at any rack on the street around the venue)
• No motorized vehicles
• No pamphlets or product samples
• No overnight camping
• No tents
• All garbage, bottles, cans, paper, or other waste matter should be placed in designated trash and recycling receptacles
• No trespassing when Thrive City is closed
• Any other prohibited items, activity, or behaviors deemed unsafe or unacceptable by Chase Center Management

*Trained service animals are welcome on Thrive City, provided they remain on a leash, tether or in a harness at all times unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the person’s disability prevents use of these devices. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Thrive City guests or Team Members, may be asked to escort the animal(s) off the premises.
