Gratitude Gong Bath

Join me for an evening of deep rest and reflection as we gather in the heart of the Castro for a Gratitude Gong Bath. This practice will center around cultivating gratitude for how far we’ve come, honoring our accomplishments, and sitting with contentment — Santosha, one of the guiding principles of yoga that invites us to embrace the present moment with acceptance and peace.
Through the powerful vibrations of the gong, singing bowls, and other instruments, you’ll be guided into a meditative state where the mind quiets, the body softens, and the heart opens. Allow the sound waves to wash over you, helping release tension, restore balance, and create space for gratitude to naturally arise.
Whether you’re celebrating personal milestones, navigating transitions, or simply wanting to reconnect with yourself, this experience will offer a chance to pause, breathe, and rest in the fullness of the present.
No prior experience is needed. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else to keep you comfortable as you lie down and receive.
