Cacao has been used ceremonially for generations as a plant of connection, gathering, celebration, and heart-centered ritual. This experience invites you to slow down enough to reconnect with the part of yourself that can become buried underneath everything life asks you to carry.

We’ll begin with warm ceremonial cacao, prepared intentionally and shared together.
The richness, warmth, aroma, and ritual of cacao create a grounding beginning, something deeply sensory that brings you fully into the present moment.

OPENING THE HEART
Through guided breathwork, we’ll begin creating space around the places where we hold tension, emotion, protection, and old patterns.
The breath becomes an invitation:
What happens when you stop protecting yourself from feeling?
What happens when you allow yourself to soften?
What happens when you give yourself permission to receive?

Then something beautiful begins to unfold.
Live vocals will weave through the experience, soft, angelic tones layered with earthy, ancestral-inspired sounds and a raw, organic quality.
Voice becomes vibration.
