The Artists - 🎨
Suzanne Hadley - My paintings celebrate colour, connection, and the beauty found in everyday life. I love to create vivid, expressive works that move from luscious floral to intimate family gatherings and sunlit scenes by the sea.
Bright colour is at the heart of my practice. I use it not simply to describe what I see, but to convey atmosphere, memory, warmth, and emotion. Flowers become abundant and tactile; family scenes hold the quiet energy of shared moments; and beach landscapes capture the freedom, light, and sense of escape found along the shoreline.
Desley Williams - My art explores the space between the real and the imagined. My work embraces a wide range of subject matter, from realistic, romantic portraiture to expressive abstraction, influenced by a striking image that grabs me. Faces, florals, and forms from nature recur throughout my work, often shifting between the recognisable, or evolving into abstract with structure and form. One constant is the use of vibrant colour to evoke beauty, mystery, and emotional connection.
Garry Williams - My paintings are inspired by images encountered during international travel and in the details of everyday life. From people in landscapes and the textured bark of a tree to nature and abstraction, I paint subjects that demand to be explored. Each work begins with an image that stays with me, becoming an interpretation shaped by colour, texture, and memory.
Each artist exhibits large canvas formats to smaller intimate scenes, either in Oil, acrylic or mixed media.
