Come join Anita, Nick and the High Vibez team along a magical, meditative journey immersed in soothing soundscapes and bathed in vibrational sounds.
Focussing on the seasonal changes, harvest and abundance, we bring a connective group focus on discussions for harnessing the remnants of summer’s energies, to revitalise the body, reset the nervous system and set our goals for Autumn close and beyond.
At this event, you'll have the chance to connect with like-minded individuals, learn about the seasonal influences and develop decision-making pathways for realising goals.
Using sound, meditation, role play and visualisation techniques, we involve the group in playful activities which actors and performers are trained in to restore confidence and bring back that sense of joy and youthfulness in our lives!
