This workshop integrates psychological reflection with complementary practices such as Reiki and Singing Moon Bowl, offering both insight and experiential exploration.

A 3-hour experiential workshop guiding participants to:

• Explore current emotional patterns, energy patterns, and inner experiences
• Reconnect with your authentic self through guided reflection
• Experience subtle shifts in awareness through storytelling, OH Cards, and complementary practices such as Usui Reiki healing, Singing Moon Bowl healing.

All payments for Products or Services, including workshops and events, must be made in full upon registration. All purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, transfers, or changes are permitted once payment has been made, except where expressly stated by Flow With Kindness.

Flow With Kindness reserves the right to amend, reschedule, postpone, relocate, or cancel any workshop, programme, or service (whether online or in-person) with prior notice where reasonably possible. In the event of a change to the workshop date where a participant is unable to attend the revised date, the payment will be retained as a credit for use in a future Flow With Kindness workshop. Such credit must be utilised within three (3) months from the original workshop date, failing which it will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Participants acknowledge that it is not the responsibility of Flow With Kindness to provide individual follow-up regarding workshop updates, venue changes, scheduling, or reminders. Info: We begin by creating a safe and supportive space for the session. Participants will be guided to settle into the present moment and reflect on what they hope to gain from the experience, setting a personal intention for their journey ahead.

Info: In this short introduction, participants will be guided through basic Jungian concepts and how they relate to the use of OH Cards for exploring inner experiences. It will also touch on what research suggests about sound practices, including the use of singing bowls for relaxation and awareness, setting the stage for the experiential journey ahead.

Info: In this guided session, participants will be introduced to Reiki and invited to slow down and turn inward. Through gentle awareness practices, they will begin to notice their energetic and emotional state, creating a baseline for deeper exploration and inner connection.

Info: In this guided experience, participants will be introduced to doTERRA essential oils and gentle breathwork techniques. Through scent and breath, they will be supported to slow down, settle into the present moment, and deepen their connection with their inner experience.

Info: Through a gentle and heartfelt sharing, Fion invites participants into a story of identity, comparison, and self-discovery. This segment creates space for reflection, allowing participants to connect with their own experiences and begin seeing themselves with greater awareness and kindness.

Info: In this co-facilitated session, participants will engage with OH Cards as a tool for inner exploration. Through guided prompts, they will move from awareness to insight, gently uncovering deeper needs and experiencing subtle shifts in how they see themselves and their situations.

Info: This guided experience brings together sound and energy-based practices. James will lead a singing bowl demonstration with chakra-focused sound work, while Fion offers gentle Reiki to support energy awareness. Participants are invited to relax, receive, and observe their inner experience as the session unfolds.

Info: In this closing segment, participants are invited to reflect on their journey and notice any changes in their inner experience. Fion will guide a gentle Reiki-based check-in to support awareness of their current state, followed by a shared closing facilitated by both James and Fion to bring the workshop to a calm and meaningful end.
