Threads of Meaning: A Reflective Beading Workshop
About this Event
Join us for a calming, therapist-led workshop where mindfulness meets self-expression through the art of beading and bracelet-making.
This workshop will be an oppurtunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create a meaningful beaded piece that reflects your story, values, intentions, or personal journey. We will begin with a gentle guided meditation and intention-setting exercise, where you'll be invited to explore what you'd like to honour, welcome, release, or strengthen in your life.
Using colours, textures, and symbols chosen intuitively or with personal meaning, you'll create a bracelet or another beaded piece that is uniquely your own. There is no pressure to be creative or make something "perfect" as this workshop is about reflection. Through intuitive and symbolic choices, your creation will be a personal reminder of what matters most to you.
Your piece might represent:
- An intention you want to carry forward
- A goal you're working towards
- A person or memory you'd like to honour
- A personal strength or quality
There will be opportunities for reflection and optional sharing throughout the workshop. Please note that sharing is entirely your choice, and everyone is welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable for them.
Looking forward to welcoming you !
