The morning session, geared toward hospice professionals, will address such topics as navigating end-of-life care, spiritual and cultural aspects of pain management, and faith and culture related to end-of-life care. Nursing and Social Work CEUs are available. The afternoon session is geared toward the general public and will address advance directives, forgiveness, guilt, and family secrets, life review, and gratitude journaling.
