Threads After Dark
About this Event
An exclusive evening of clothes, creativity and one of Britain's most extraordinary buildings.
Join us at the Roman Baths, after the site has closed to the public, for an evening about how we dress and why it matters. At its centre is a fashion show staged around the Great Bath, where handmade pieces are styled with wardrobe staples from local brands - because the best outfits aren't all one thing or the other. A hand-knitted jumper over a good shirt. A shawl with a coat you've owned for years. It's about building a wardrobe that looks like you, and having the confidence to wear it.
You don't need to knit a stitch to enjoy this. If you like clothes, you'll like this evening.
Afterwards, the knitwear from the show is yours to buy. These are pieces from our sample archive, collected in the shop over more than a decade; all one-offs, hand-knitted, never worn, and available for one night only. (Clothing from our guest brands is on display, not for sale.)
Your ticket includes two drinks and time to wander the Baths after hours, with the pool lit and the crowds gone.
Proceeds support VOICES, a Bath charity providing recovery support and advocacy to people affected by domestic abuse.
Places are strictly limited.
