ThreadCore Weaving Workshop!

Come join me (Bree Dickson) at Wood Coffee Co. to close out my first art show with my first weaving workshop! Although the work in Desire Lines was created with a tufting gun, a very similar look can be achieved via weaving with rya knots. I will be teaching this and other basic techniques that will equip you to make wall hangings, coasters, bookmarks and whatever other rectangular shaped goodies you can conceive of. I'll be providing cardboard looms, tapestry needles and yarn. No experience or materials needed, though feel free to bring strips of any material of your choosing to weave with. This event is perfect for anyone looking to explore the world of textile and fiber art. Can't wait to see you there!
