Thorpe & Morrison are a fiddle/guitar duo based in Birmingham. Harry Thorpe and Sean Morrison are committed folk musicians who have drawn from their diverse musical backgrounds to create music that both respects the traditions it comes from while still exploring the potential for its progression. From Suffolk and Scotland respectively, they combine these traditions, creating exciting sounds.
Formed out of the vibrant Birmingham music scene, Thorpe & Morrison have joined forces with Alex Garden (Tarren, Sheelanagig, The Drystones) in their home studio in Easton, Bristol for their third album – Grass & Granite, which includes a guest vocal appearance with Michelle Holloway (Bonfire Radicals), additionally working closely with videographer Grant Harper whilst recording in the studio to create four music videos for the four singles.
