We are gathering community to celebrate the bounty of harvest. Rooted in our values of health, sustainability and holism. this retreat is a day to slow down; honour the abundance of nature, to nourish yourself, and to reconnect with natural rhythms to take away wisdom and guidance to begin the journey inwards as the nights start to lengthen.
