This Saturday's Ride (6/13): Hickory Valley Church to Greenback Area

Check In begins ~20 minutes prior to rollout so please come earlier than the times listed below.

8:30 AM -- A, B, and C Groups

• Cycology to Hickory Valley Baptist Church

• C Group: 20 miles
• B Group: 29 miles
• A1/A Groups: 37 miles

• Fuel and hydration (!) for on-the-bike.
• It should be a beautiful (but hot) day! Dress accordingly.
• Head light and tail light so you can be more visible to cars.

Depending on each group's pace, distance, and roll out time, the time when each group completes a ride differs. Also add an extra 30 minutes for short breaks and possible mechanical difficulties. In general, you can expect the following paces:

• C Group (10-12 mph): For those who wish to ride a casual pace.
• B 1 Group (12-14 mph): For those who ride the B group at a bit more relaxed pace.
• B Group (12-14 mph): For those who ride the B group at a bit peppier pace.
• A1 Group (13-14 mph): For those who want to ride the A Group route but at a more relaxed pace.
• A Group (14-17 mph): For intermediate-advanced riders.
