We’ll explore how to reconnect with yourself, redefine what you want next, and step into your next chapter with clarity & confidence
About this Event

Returning to work after having children isn’t just a logistical transition — it’s a profound identity shift.

This MOB Meetup we explores the often-overlooked reality of stepping back into work as a different version of yourself.

Beyond childcare, schedules, and career decisions, there’s a deeper question many women face:

Who am I now — and how do I move forward from here?

This conversation offers a more holistic lens on what it really takes to return to work — one that reflects the full identity evolution women are navigating, not just the practical transition.

Our host Tamsin and her brillaint panel, will explore how to reconnect with yourself, redefine what you want next, and step into your next chapter with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

What to expect:

This panel brings together a range of complementary perspectives to support a more aligned, sustainable return to work and life:

* Identity & self-leadership

Reconnecting with who you are now and defining your next chapter with clarity, courage, and conviction

* Personal style & self-expression

Reclaiming your identity through how you feel and show up — inside and out

* Voice & communication

Rebuilding trust in your voice, confidence in your expression, and the ability to clearly articulate what you want and need

* Somatics & nervous system regulation

Navigating overwhelm, preventing burnout, rebuilding capacity, and creating the internal safety needed to move forward

Who this is for:

Mothers who are returning to work — or considering what comes next — and want to approach this transition in a way that feels aligned, intentional, and true to who they are now.

Why attend:

Because this isn’t just about going back.

It’s about moving forward — as the person you’ve become.

Kids welcome.

Bios of The Panel:

Tamsin Williamson

Tamsin Williamson is a Life and Identity Coach & Mentor helping ambitious women redefine life beyond motherhood.

Tamsin is passionate about building a world where women stop abandoning themselves in the name of motherhood and is committed to helping mums reclaim their “main-character energy” in their own lives again.

Through her work, Tamsin supports women to reconnect with who they are, what they want, and where they’re heading in life, so they can shift out of autopilot and courageously step into their next chapter after kids with clarity, confidence and self-trust.

The women Tamsin works with don’t lack ambition, capability or ideas - but after years of pouring themselves into raising children and prioritising everyone else, many find themselves disconnected from their own identity, desires and direction.

Her work helps women move beyond the overwhelm, overthinking and self-editing that keeps them stuck, and empowers them to build lives, careers and businesses that feel energising, expansive and unapologetically aligned with who they truly are.

Tamsin works with clients 1:1 both online and in person, runs transformational workshops and retreats in North London, hosts the podcast Do Your Thing, and partners with corporate organisations to support more inclusive and human-centred experiences for working parents and carers.

Through LoudHer, Hannah offers 1:1 sessions, group workshops and corporate training.

After becoming a mum, Hannah met so many brilliant women who felt unheard or anxious about using their voice. LoudHer was created to change that.

Lydia Headey

Lydia is a qualified Style and Identity Coach and the founder of The Infinity Style Studio. Identity is at the centre of everything she does, because she has seen, again and again, that when a woman is not anchored in who she is, everything else suffers. Her confidence. Her decisions. Her presence. Her sense of whether she deserves to be in the room at all

Her work begins where most support stops, not at the surface, but at the root. Who are you now, after everything that has changed? What do you stand for? What does the next chapter of your life actually look like, and what does the woman living it wear, say, and believe about herself?

Through blending practical styling like colour, body & essence analysis with holistic practices like EFT, Hypnotherapy, Reiki and NLP Lydia helps women answer those questions and then make them visible.

Not just in how they dress, but how they carry themselves, and how they walk back into a professional world as the person they have become rather than a faded version of the person they were.

She doesn’t just talk about change. She creates it.
