We're celebrating the release of the new Spinal Tap movie at Dawghouse Gym! Join us for yoga, focused on back stretches and mobility, to a classic Spinal Tap soundtrack and theme!
"It's a fine line between stupid and... clever", and we're here for it.
Intensity Level: Gentle to Light
Theme: Spinal Tap, Spine Mobility and Strength, Metal music
Indoors/Outdoors: Indoors
Cost: $20
Sensory Notes: This will be a class with loud music, focused on stretching and strengthening our backs. There may also be fluorescent lighting in the gym.
What else to bring: Please bring a mat, water, and any other yoga props you may have, and enjoy using.
We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone want to be in your photos. 🙂
We do not offer refunds or credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class.
