A gentle creative space for girls to unplug from the online world, reconnect with themselves and explore who they are through journalling
About this Event

This is ME is a creative wellbeing journalling workshop designed especially for girls aged 10–14. Adapted from our highly regarded women’s Power of YOU programme, this session supports younger minds to explore who they are, how they feel, and what helps them stay grounded in a fast‑paced digital world.

What the workshop offers

Girls will take part in guided journalling, gentle confidence‑building activities and supportive group conversations. Using their take‑home journal, they’ll explore:

Body image — understanding and appreciating their changing selves
Social media safety — navigating online spaces with confidence
Confidence building — recognising strengths and celebrating individuality
Handling tricky emotions — learning calm, grounding techniques
What makes them unique
Saying NO — developing healthy boundaries
Everyday wellbeing tools
A sense of belonging
Pride in identity

It’s a few hours where creativity replaces TikTok, WhatsApp and Instagram — giving girls space to breathe, reflect and connect with others their age.
