We are excited to hold a photographic exhibition called ‘This is Me’ at the Waterside Pavilion in Hobart from 28-30 November 2024.‘This is Me’ reminds us of how important life is.
Through personal stories and photographs, we share the individual experiences of Tasmanians living with a life limiting illness, highlighting their resilience, love and connection with those around them.
It shows us what matters most - deep connections, meaningful care, and the value of living fully in every moment.
'This is Me' has been a wonderful collaboration with photographer and palliative care nurse, Eliza Beer, who has captured the beautiful photographs of Tasmanians living with a life limiting illness and their loved ones.
We invite you to join us for this very special exhibition.
As part of this exhibition, we will also host an ‘In Conversation with' panel discussion featuring some of our participants. This will be held on Friday 29 November from 11.00am-12.00pm. Book your spot here - https://events.humanitix.com/this-is-me-in-conversation
