This Girl Can 2026 - Intro to Climbing session

Never climbed before but want to have a go? Get started with a one hour taster session. These sessions are aimed at complete novices as an experience/trial session.

A female instructor will lead the session and all equipment is provided. Minimum age of 10 years.

The 12 metre high wall at Hertfordshire Sports Village provides a challenging climbing surface for all grades of climbers from beginners to advanced.

You will have a go at bouldering and rope climbing.

For ages 10 years +

You will need to complete a online disclaimer form before attending the session.
