Celebrate the launch of This Book Can Make You Love Running

Whether you're training for your first mile, your first marathon, or simply looking to reconnect with the joy of movement, join us for a special evening celebrating the launch of This Book Can Make You Love Running by local author, coach, and runner Zach Prescott.

We'll kick things off with a social run along the beautiful C&O Canal, embracing the spirit of community, conversation, and movement that inspired the book. After the run, we'll return to lululemon Georgetown for refreshments, connection, and an opportunity to hear from Zach about the inspiration behind the book, his approach to building a lifelong relationship with running, and how mindset can transform the way we experience challenge.

Unlike traditional running guides, This Book Can Make You Love Running blends evidence-based sports psychology with practical reflection exercises to help runners discover their own motivations, overcome barriers, and build a sustainable love for the sport—both on and off the road.

What to expect:

• Route: C&O Canal Towpath
