Summer Yoga Book Club

We’ll gather every 1st Sunday from May through August, 4:00–5:00 PM for a balanced hour:

• 30 minutes of book discussion
• 30 minutes of yoga practice (accessible and welcoming to all levels)

Afterward, those who’d like to continue the conversation are invited to join for an optional dinner at a nearby restaurant.

It’s a space to explore ideas not only through dialogue, but through embodied practice.

Special for May:
At our first meet-up, attendees are invited to bring book ideas for June, July, and August. We’ll collectively discuss and decide what we want to read together for the rest of the summer. Bring a title (or two!) that sparks curiosity, growth, healing, or joy.

Whether you love reading, are yoga-curious, or simply want to build community this summer , you’re welcome here.

• An open mind
• A book suggestion (for May!)
