7:00pm – 8:00pm: Buffet dinner
8:00pm – 8:45 Presentations & Awards
8:45 Closing ceremony (Raffle immediately following)

Sport Coat, Suit, Military Class A or Dress Uniform. If wearing civilian attire, be sure to wear pins, badges or medals depicting your service Be sure to list your affiliation of any veteran’s organization you would like to sit with on the backside of this form, although you need not be a member of any veteran’s organization.
