Thirsty "for knowledge" Thursday

This month we are taking Thirsty Thursday on the road.

We are hosting on the private outdoor terrace at 222 North City, the grandest new residential development in North County San Diego. Designer lounge furniture, glass railings, open courtyard views, and a setting that most people in this market have never seen in person. Come early and take it in (socials ready selfies anyone?).

You then have the floor to present your listings and needs - the pitch.

Our speaker this month is Michael Winter - the learn.

Michael has been buying, selling, and developing real estate in San Diego since 1995. Born and raised in Escondido, he holds CRS and ABR designations, sits on the Board of Directors for the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce, and has taught real estate and business at CSUSM. He has watched this market through every cycle for 30 years and he knows North County from the inside. Michael is going to share real data on what is actually happening in the market right now; Who is buying, who is selling, what is moving, and what the listing activity is telling us. Not headlines, but actionable numbers from someone who has been tracking this market since the mid-90s.

He will also walk through a framework that most agents overlook entirely: how to identify and activate the referral network that is hiding inside your existing relationships.
