For this Third Thursday we are in the lab creating a monstrously good pizza using a tasty local brew from our awesome neighbors at Niles Brewing Company! The Octoberfest Pizza is our hand tossed crust slathered in a homemade beer cheese sauce (made with Niles Brewing Company's OKTO FRANKENSTEEN beer), mozzarella cheese, sauerkraut, and bratwurst! Yum!
