Third Thursday is coming right up! Next week, October 16, we will be hosting guests making the trip all the way from Japan who want to learn what we've done to foster a friendly general aviation community at our airport and to learn more about how Third Thursday works. They will also be meeting with the airport staff to learn how airports can help facilitate events like Third Thursday. The long term forecast is looking favorable. Please come and help us welcome these special visitors to our airport. Lots of airplanes and pilots is our goal. We will be lighting the grills at 5:30 for those of you who want to fly home in the daylight. Bring something to throw on the grill and a dish to share. See you there!
