Third Eye Activation Sound Bath

The third eye is associated with intuition, inner wisdom and spiritual insight. This chakra is known to be a gateway to your higher self and is the energy center that connects us with deeper truths and wisdom. There are ways to activate this chakra by using sound and guided meditation. One can meditate on the color associated with it while vocal toning as well. By opening and balancing the third eye, we can enhance our inner guidance and cultivate new ways to navigate our lives.

This sound bath will start with a mini meditation to focus on the energy center followed by a flowing sound experience using a crystal pyramid, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, drums and chimes. Join me for a powerful sound journey. You may experience altered states of reality, deep sleep states and loss of time.

The studio is located upstairs at Balance Studio. Doors open at 5:40 and lock at 6:10. Please arrive early to set up your space and to find parking. Bring a yoga mat, eye pillow, pillow, blanket and any cushions needed to be as relaxed as possible on the ground for an hour. Epilepsy is contraindicated for this work and can be dangerous.
