A family-friendly day with lots of Scottish heavy events competitions, other sporting events such as the Strongest Farmer, 5 k race, tug-of-war, boxing ring for a demonstration of sparring, arm wrestling, events for the children, musical entertainment throughout the day, various vendors, the local fire department, and a Beer tent. This is followed by a musical evening with the Men of the Deeps!
