1: create project group think tank (designers, programmers, visual artists, creatives, finance specialists, etc).
2: create meetup. Come together and start visualising / dreaming / planning.
3. Ask yourself / team following questions:
- where are we now? Startpoint.
- what is already there? Think of technological advancements/finance/corporate structure/etc. And what is still needed? What needs to be developed?
- can we start designing a business canvas model?
- customer journey experience?
- design strategy and planning
- conversion / diversion ideas and clustering useful ones
- devide team roles
- plan for new meetup, make some arrangements, set up some goals and structure.
3. Have fun while doing it!
- do creative excersises.
- challenge your brain.
- use your skills and learn from each other.
- enjoy the snacks everyone brought.
- no alcohol. Maybe just a small one afterwards, some bubbels maybe to celebrate this kick-off of this wildly insane new plan for a awesome toy.
So what is it?
For now, just a vision and idea. Glitterbots. Programmable glitters that you can shape, program, and transform into mini robots. Make m dance, do tricks, etc. Show your skills / moves!
Why?
Because we love to think wildly and love creating and developing. The process is already the reward itself. Never stop learning.
