A Thinking Partnership has a singular purpose and that purpose is the create the conditions for the Thinker to think for themselves.You will learn to be an encouraging sounding board and stay out of the way of the Thinker's progress. You will be instrumental in allowing the mind to do what it does naturally. It can look like magic.Occasionally you will come across blocks in thinking that have grown out of limiting assumptions. When they are in the way of the Thinker's goals you will help replace them with a more useful assumption.You will have a chance to be a Coach and perhaps a Counsellor. You will develop your love of listening and you will think about the impact of profound listening. You will also have time for your own thinking, feeling, dreaming and planning.Two days in person, in Godalming, followed by a further day online or in person to suit.Presented by Shirley Wardell who has 30 years experience with Thinking Partnerships
