Historians use objects, documents, and contextual knowledge to build an understanding of the past. Together with museum staff, students will be invited to do the same, using their eyes, hands, and critical thinking skills to explore what replica objects can tell us about the people of the past. This program is presented by educators from the Museum of the American Revolution.
The Museum and the Free Library are excited to partner again on this free program. Aimed at elementary school students and their families, Revolution at the Museum features fun and curiousity-provoking object, document, and story-based activities that bring people and events of the American Revolution to life.
