Think Green Thursday: Pollinators

The class and demonstration will be held Thursday, May 22nd from 10AM to 11AM at the Alamance County Agriculture Building: 209-C N. Graham-Hopedale Rd., Burlington, NC.

Pollinators are incredibly important to our environment. The Great Southeast Pollinator Census is a citizen science project that collects pollinator data to further research efforts. In this Think Green Thursday session we will be going over some identification tips and other information for the different pollinators you may see. We will also explain how you can participate in the pollinator census. Whether you want to count in the census or not, this will be a great lesson on the important pollinators in our gardens.

This workshop is free but registration is required.
