Learn which insects are beneficial and how to handle unwelcome ones.About this Event
Don’t run for that bottle of bug killer as soon as you see an unidentified visitor on your plants. Some insects are helpful to have around while others are harmful to your crops. Learn how to identify common garden insects and how to efficiently manage pests with Integrated Pest Management strategies.
The class will be held Thursday, June 25th from 5:30p.m to 6:30pm at The North Park Library: 849 Sharpe Rd, Burlington, NC 27217. Taught by NC Extension Master Gardener℠ volunteers of Alamance County.
The class is free but registration is required.
