Join us every Thursday night at Honeymoon Island in Dunedin for the High Tides and Good Vibes Sunset Sound Bath at our Theta Waves Thursdays series.
🌊Our Spring 2026 season starts on Thursday, March 5th at 6:30PM 🌊
Experience a community-driven sound healing journey as we gather 60 minutes before sunset. Let the tranquil waves of the Gulf and the soothing vibrations guide you to a state of relaxation and peace as the sun dips below the horizon.

When:every Thursday for sunset Where: Honeymoon Island, Dunedin (NORTH END)
Preparation is Key: �To ensure your comfort during the sound bath, please bring:
• A yoga mat
* A large beach blanket to sit on
* An additional blanket to cover with
* A pillow for support
* An optional eye mask for deeper relaxation
* A beach chair if you prefer to sit
Dress in comfortable, layered clothing, as temperatures may drop significantly during sunset and can fluctuate throughout the sound journey.
✨Parking INFO:� Join us at the beach at the north end. Please park in the north beach parking lot. We'll be located halfway between the parking lot and the ocean. To find us, walk straight from the center of the parking lot. We'll be facing the ocean in front of the sea wall jetty.
Energy exchange:� This session is $20per person.

✨Important Note: �The ticket does not include the park entrance fee. If you are not an Annual Pass holder, the cost is $8.00 for up to eight people or $4.00 per person. We encourage carpooling.

Weather permitting: If we have to cancel due to rain or high winds (16 MPH + nautical miles) you will be refunded. We try to give at least a 3 hour notice for those who may be driving far to join us. If the weather seems bad and you are unsure, please check social media or message Jess to see if it’s still on before heading out.
