Theta Session is een mental wellness. Een diepe ontspanningsreis waarin live elektronische muziek en sjamanistische klanken samenkomen.

Tijdens de sessie begeleiden Someni en Ernesto je hersenen naar de theta staat. De grens tussen wakker zijn en dromen, waar het onderbewustzijn toegankelijk wordt en je lichaam vanzelf tot rust komt. Niet iets wat je doet. Maar het gevolg van een gekalmeerd zenuwstelsel en diepe ontspanning.

De avond begint met verbonden ademhaling. Daarna word je via stem naar binnen geleid terwijl je comfortabel ligt voor een innerlijke reis van ongeveer 120 minuten. Na afloop is er tijd om te landen.

Wat je meeneemt verschilt per persoon. Mensen beschrijven diepe ontspanning, warmte, verwondering, helderheid. Anderen verwerken iets wat ze al een tijdje met zich meedroegen. Weer anderen zijn gewoon een avond volledig offline.

Theta Session is voor wie behoefte heeft aan rust, overzicht en verbinding met zichzelf. Je hoeft nergens bekend mee te zijn. Je hoeft niets te geloven. Je hoeft alleen te komen zoals je op dat moment bent.

Someni is een elektronisch muzikant die al meer dan 25 jaar werkt met geluid en soundscapes. Zijn muziek is geen achtergrond. Het is de reis zelf.

Ernesto begeleidt innerlijke reizen vanuit een sjamanistische achtergrond en is gespecialiseerd in het navigeren van het onderbewustzijn.

De sessie biedt ruimte aan maximaal twintig deelnemers.

Gebruik van bedje, een journal boekje, drinken en snacks zijn inbegrepen.

Theta Session is mental wellness. A deep journey of relaxation where live electronic music and shamanic sounds come together.

During the session, Someni and Ernesto guide your brain into the theta state. The threshold between waking and dreaming, where the subconscious becomes accessible and your body naturally comes to rest. Not something you do. But the result of a calmed nervous system and deep relaxation.

The evening begins with connected breathing. You are then guided inward through voice while lying comfortably for an inner journey of approximately 120 minutes. Afterwards there is time to land. Use of a mat, a journal, drinks and snacks are included.

What you take home differs per person. People describe deep relaxation, warmth, wonder, clarity. Others process something they have been carrying for a while. Others simply spend an evening completely offline.

Theta Session is for anyone who needs rest, clarity and connection with themselves. You don't need any prior experience. You don't need to believe in anything. You just need to show up as you are.

Someni is an electronic musician who has worked with sound and soundscapes for over 25 years. His music is not background. It is the journey itself.

Ernesto guides inner journeys from a shamanic background and specializes in navigating the subconscious.

The session holds a maximum of twenty participants.
