THESE VENGEFUL WISHES Book Launch with Vanessa Montalban & Rosaria Munda!

Spellbound Bookstore is proud to host Vanessa Montalban, in conversation with author Rosaria Munda (The Aurelian Cycle series), to celebrate the release of THESE VENGEFUL WISHES, a gothic suspenseful tale perfect for fans of She Is a Haunting and House of Hollow.

PLEASE NOTE: General admission for this event is completely free, however a copy of THESE VENGEFUL WISHES must be purchased from Spellbound Bookstore in order to join the signing line (choose the Signed Copy ticket option at checkout). Books will be handed out at the event. If you already own other books by Vanessa, you can get these signed in addition to the copy purchased from Spellbound.

Additionally, there will be limited quantities of Vanessa's books available at the event for purchase should you decide to join the signing line on the day of the event. These will be available first come, first serve while supplies last. When you sign in, let the staff know you'd like to purchase a copy to get signed (copies must be purchased at the register before you join the signing line).

There will also be limited copies of FIREBORNE by Rosaria Mundo available! Pick up a copy at the register and join the signing line to get it signed by Rosaria.

CANCELLATIONS

Can't make the event or have to cancel for some reason? Don't worry, if you choose the Signed Copy ticket option we will get your copy signed at the event and will hold it at Spellbound for up to 2 weeks! For a personalized signature, you must be present at the event.

If you're no longer able to make it to the event, please cancel your ticket through EventBrite (find the original email sent by EventBrite to cancel). If there is a Wait List this also ensures that your spot is released to the next person.

AGENDA

6:30PM-7:00PM - Sign in at the register. There will be some instructions given regarding the signing line. The Staff will hand over your book(s), if applicable, and direct you to find a seat.

7:00PM - Conversation begins.

7:30PM - Book signing begins.

About Vanessa Montalban

Miami-born Vanessa Montalban channels her wanderlust for far-off worlds into writing young adult fiction, including A Tall Dark Trouble, winner of the Florida Book Awards in the YA category. She’s a first-generation college graduate, and is hard at work creating a collection of stories. Her work has appeared in Diabolical Plots and Entropy Magazine, and her newest novel These Vengeful Wishes is coming spring 2025.

About Rosaria Munda

Rosaria Munda is the author of Confessions of a Junior Spy and the Aurelian Cycle (Fireborne, Flamefall, and Furysong). Her career in espionage has included stints as a hotel cleaner, a boarding school admissions officer, and several jobs abroad in Paris and Beijing. Rosaria was last seen living with her family in northern Florida.
