Join Jenny Bell for a Collective Witnessing Circle to discuss How to Embrace Aging With Mindfulness, Radical Self Acceptance + Fierce Self Compassion.
This Collective Witnessing Circle will be an Exploration of Mindfulness and Compassion as the Keys to Longevity.
Join Jenny in Sacred Circle as the group discusses how to change our perception of aging, how to navigate aging with a more positive attitude, such as letting go of self assessment, taking better care of our physical and mental health and accessing deeper insight, wisdom and connection.
Ultimately acknowledging that the antidote to wrinkles, gray hair, peri/menopausal moods is found through the practice of humor, curiosity, gratitude, forgiveness, and optimism. In this way we can embrace aging mindfully, gracefully, compassionately.
During this Sacred Gathering participants will cocreate with clay, sculpting whatever beauty flows forth from their hands, molding whatever shape or totem they desire as the group moves through the afternoon.
