Thermography is the measurement of heat. It is non-invasive and does not use any X-rays or compression. With Thermography, we are able to inflammation in the body, including early detection of breast cancer. While X-rays give a structural view, thermography gives a functional perspective based on physiology and stress response. This exam gathers information and detects areas of potential dysfunction or disease years earlier than other exams. With this knowledge a person has time for appropriate lifestyle changes. Thermography can be used to detect abnormal heat for a variety of ailments for both men and women.
